Comprehensive 3D laser scanning of the reception area (estimated 6,300 sq ft) and WC/communal areas across all 18 floor levels, capturing millions of precise measurements to create a detailed digital record of the building's internal spaces.
Preparation of detailed as-built floor plans for all surveyed areas, clearly illustrating the measured spaces and spatial configuration. Plans will be delivered in PDF format with CAD files (DWG) available upon request.
Our survey team will attend the property with state-of-the-art 3D laser scanning equipment. This non-invasive technology captures millions of precise measurements, creating a detailed digital record of the building's internal spaces.
The scanning process is quiet and unobtrusive, allowing normal building operations to continue during the survey. Our experienced surveyors will coordinate access to all areas, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the reception and WC/communal facilities across all floor levels.
